The promotor of the company has the unique distinction of being associated with the first special purpose metal cutting machine made on Indian soil. Having gained rich experience in Machine Tools for over a decade, the company inception took place in 2013.
Ever since we have been manufacturing SPECIAL PURPOSE METAL CUTTING MACHINES (SPMs).
So far we have the distinction of manufacturing over 900 SPMs performing operations like Milling, Drilling, Reaming, Tapping , Grooving, Roller burnishing, Rough and Finish Boring, Radial facing etc.
Our machines come equipped with cutting-edge features such as CNC control systems (Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi), linear motion guideways, and ball screws (THK / Hiwin) for precise movement. They also feature high-precision spindle bearings (SKF, FAG, NSK, RHP, etc.) and utilize modern tooling options like HSK tool holding with hydro grip (Mapal, NT, Komet, etc.). Our machines are designed with spindle-through-coolant functionality at high pressure, and the fixture body serves as a hydraulic manifold for secure component clamping. Additionally, we incorporate advanced chip handling solutions such as chip conveyors, magnetic separators, and compact band filters. Our machines also offer automated material handling capabilities including pick and place systems, powered roller conveyors, and automated loading and unloading mechanisms, enabling efficient man-less cycles.
We have made machines to process various material components such as Cast Iron, S.G.Iron, Steel forgings , Alloy Steel , Aluminum, Bi Metal bushes, Bronze and more
Over the times, we have graduated from manufacturing individual machines to complete turn key line solution, that is the machining line accepts the raw input such as casting / forging and delivers completely machined component ready for assembly.
Slack Adjuster body – an important and safety element in the truck braking system and Refrigerator/ AC Compressor block being some recent examples.

Our customer base has mostly been OEMs like Ashok Leyland, Escorts, M&M, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Auto, Swaraj Tractors, and Tier one vendors like TVS group, Bosch, Madras Engineering, Automotive Axles, Craftsman, Seaco, Axles India, Z.F. Steering, Govt.com establishments – HAL, compressor manufacturers like Tecumseh, Emerson, Videocon, L.G & so on.
