Opening Ratchet and Closing ratchet Reliability test benches are Designed to evaluate the reliability lifecycle of a component at the 1mm tip area, which is subject to wear. The test involves performing 30,000 cycles. During the test, the component's tip is latched with its counterpart, while force is applied on the other end. This force causes the component to become delatched. If the component tip experiences wear and fails before completing the 30,000 cycles, it is considered a failure.
