• Ready to develop concepts independently.
• Pearson has good knowledge in the manufacturing process.
• Pearson has committed to work.
• Should have reverse engineering knowledge.
• Should have Instrumentation knowledge.
• Flexible to work in the shaft.
• Knowledge of the Robotic and Manual welding process.
• Knowledge of Fixture Manufacturing & Assembly Process.
   
• Knowledge of Various Automotive Standards.
