Check carefully for Burrs, Sharp edges, and Bulging of edges before.
Able to read and understand the assembly drawings and their geometric symbols to understand the functionality of machine arrangement or fixture-appropriate fitting.
Fitting the machine components based on assembly or subassembly drawings provided.
Able to troubleshoot fitting issues and come up with SPM or assembly.
Able to do hand filing, lapping, Tapping, Helicoil use, and Drilling.
Measuring dimensions with the use of a Micrometer and Vernier Caliper
Use the Feeler gauge, and thread gauge, and try square and Pin gauges.
