**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Conduct regular audits of the QMS to ensure compliance with established processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform customer audits and assessments, including pre-audit preparation, on-site evaluations, and post-audit reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings and customer feedback.
- Prepare and present audit reports to management and relevant stakeholders, outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Train and educate employees on QMS procedures, quality control standards, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, ensuring that goals are met and exceeded.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality management.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in QMS and customer quality audits, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management standards (ISO 9001) and auditing principles.
- Proven experience in conducting internal and external audits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQI, or equivalent) is a plus.
